From bad to worse
Pros: if you’re starting out and you are capable of inputting your inventory and services and dedicating the time it takes to figure this clunky system out, it’s the cheapest one (I spend about 30-50 a month with texting and e-fax and email costs included).
Cons: everything else. Charting is terrible. It crashes or freezes in the middle of charting or documenting procedures or collecting payment oftr. Before/after photos are not helpful. Scheduling for the provider and patients is terrible. Constant updates in the middle of the day are terrible. No ability to market or manually send emails thru the app. No ability to copy/paste info from the app into a separate app (like a patient’s phone number). You won’t want to use the SMs as a dedicated text beyond automated appt reminders, as you won’t receive audible notifications and you get charged per text.
And now, they removed the saved login. I have to input my login every single time. And they’re adding a “feature” to require password changes every 90 days with the next update. This is such a time killer. This software was not designed for clinicians in mind. I’ll be shopping a new EMR this year.
