The app gives landlords a real-time data feed of transactions and actions affecting the management of their property or portfolio of properties. Because PayProp is bank-integrated, the payment data on the app represents actual transactional data, directly from bank files. This means no more waiting for monthly statements or accountants to see what happened on your property – or is happening right now! Simple and easy to navigate, owners can now draw transactional reports over any time period, to monitor funds received and paid out.     After downloading the app, on first page it’s asking to enter the code received on email. How can someone enter the code without giving email I’d on first step!!

  • Needs major improvement!

    I’ve given 1 star because of my recent experience with PayProp. I’m a landlord and had a portfolio of 4 properties already on it. Then back in December 2022 another one of my lettings agents gave me a link to add another portfolio of 2 properties, so I did. Then I saw that the portfolio of 4 properties that I previously had on there has been completely overridden with the new portfolio. I can’t get the details of the other ones back now. I thought this app could handle multiple portfolios of properties but I was wrong. Now I have to go back to my agents and ask them to send me a link to add their 4 properties again. Shouldn’t have to do this again! Please improve your app!
