Web Cam Problem
Hi,
Can you look into fixing the webcam to view via App? It only viewable through the machine wifi and not through internet.
Good machine but need some work on camera software.

Difficult getting started

App showed different buttons than the auto feeder I purchased. Had to use manual to get started.
There was no bar code in back if machine, the app and manual led me to believe there would be one. Signing up with email was difficult because there was no confirmation that it worked.
After successfully signing into the app and trying to add my dog the app would quit every time I tried to awful in the breed section. The app would then restart with none of the information I had previously entered.
The app asks for measurements in kg not cups or lbs.
Very poor start to this machine. Going to finish setting it up and see how the rest of the experience pans out.
Update 8/4/19
No way to delete food dispenses from schedule. While I was testing out the measurement quantities using the treat settings, it was adding these to my dogs feeding amount.
Only 5 settings. I use each setting to dispense a little of his food at a time, so he doesnโt eat it all real quickly. With only 5 settings I can only break up two feedings twice and a third at full. This is limited even more since I want to change the feeding times in the weekends. This limited scheduling is making it hard to justify $100 dog food bowl.

Hard to connect to device
I find it really hard to connect to the device sometimes, and Iโm not able to check the remaining foos or reward my cat during that time. Iโm an software engineer, and It feels to me like a connection issue, which requires software fix.

Worst device ever
The worst device ever invented! Camera doesnโt work and constantly having issues with reconnecting to the app! Wish I could get my money back! Also no customer support so product should really be taken off the market! ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ
Great app, would like a couple of more features to make perfect for me
Great app and product, it helps me keep away unwanted animals on my farm by closing the tray and lets me feed cats without being there. Couple features would make this perfect: 1) Be able to retract tray only after last feeding or one specified time (basically at night) 2) Be able to tell if the feeding bowl is empty 3) Option to turn off sounds (scares the cats)

This app is amazing in how it programs, updates, and allows for instant rewards for my cat.
As well I can see where the total remaining food level is. As I travel frequently this is literally a lifesaver.
Note to new users, allow a day of two for the app to sync 100% with all of the features.

You need a PhD to figure out this awful technology
Worst money weโve ever thrown away. Worst user interface coupled with a very buggy product. Has taken several attempts to get it working after crashing multiple times and resetting itself. At one point it opened and emptied ALL the cat food out much to my cats delight. And forget about โsharingโ the device. Impossible. Absolute waste of time. I never thought one app could peeve me off this much. A new standard for sure.
