I am using their own slogan but with real editing regarding the real service of Just Clean… “ Say Hi to the Hassle of the never-ending bad service” I made booking for house cleaning service in which after my experience with this app I immediately Deleted their app One more thing; don’t expect that their customer service will be better…. Always late
I like this service because I can schedule at the last minute but they are ALWAYS at least 30 minutes to an hour late from the scheduled house cleaning time. They act like it’s no big deal and just tell

All this app does is book on your behalf to local services. Not insured and not safe.

I ordered a cleaning service and the cleaning lady was stuck with me cuz the driver wasn’t available to pick her up!
I ordered a Taxi for her to go home.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Cleaning Service
Extremely bad service. Booked a cleaning service to come at 7pm. I got a call at 5pm saying they're coming now and bringing two cleaners. I informed them I wasn't home and had an appointment and deliberately booked at 7pm. They told me that they would come at 6pm so I figured there was no point in arguing with them I will cancel my appointment and go back to the flat. Despise the fact I booked for 2 hours, the cleaners left after an hour and a half and the flat was unfinished. Unfortunately I had paid upfront and there was no one that understood English to have a discussion with. Extremely terrible service.Show lessSaberose
