False promotions
I used yo be regular costumer but they began sending false promotions!!
They sent a promotion to my number and added 100 sr as gift voucher. But when I wanted to use it, it showed that there is 0sr in my wallet!
I tried to contact the costumer service more than 3 times. And each time they kept saying it will be re-added to ur wallet in 3 days!! And when the 3 days finished they said wait for 3 more day!! But it never did gave me back the voucher they promoted!!

I occasionally receive gifts via this company and the hassle starts. You keep on getting many msgs about the delivery. They share delivery times and don’t meet them. Delivery drivers give false times. I mean I got What’s and phone calls and msgs at 12am that woke me up when they were supposed to deliver 12-6pm! Poor customer service, they rely on AI and never fix the issue. Sender pays a lot for the gift from this company, but you bear the pain of dealing with receiving it. I had a terrible experience with Flowered UAE. They sent me flowers in very bad condition. The minute I opened the bouquet, all the peonies were falling off. I sent them video and photos of the damaged flowers, but they did nothing. Their complaint team hasn't refunded me, apologized for the service, or sent a replacement. They're completely unresponsive and keep repeating the same answer: "Someone will get in touch with you." But nobody ever does. They promised a refund, but I haven't received it, nor have they sent any replacement flowers. Their service is the worst, with bad quality flowers (and it’s not even the first time that i received bad quality flowers but the first time I complain because enough is enough) , poor customer service, and unresponsiveness. Avoid this company at all costs!Show less
