  • False promotions

    I used yo be regular costumer but they began sending false promotions!!
    They sent a promotion to my number and added 100 sr as gift voucher. But when I wanted to use it, it showed that there is 0sr in my wallet!
    I tried to contact the costumer service more than 3 times. And each time they kept saying it will be re-added to ur wallet in 3 days!! And when the 3 days finished they said wait for 3 more day!! But it never did gave me back the voucher they promoted!!
    So I decided to buy from another application!!

  • If you want to annoy someone order them a gift here

    I occasionally receive gifts via this company and the hassle starts. You keep on getting many msgs about the delivery. They share delivery times and don’t meet them. Delivery drivers give false times. I mean I got What’s and phone calls and msgs at 12am that woke me up when they were supposed to deliver 12-6pm! Poor customer service, they rely on AI and never fix the issue. Sender pays a lot for the gift from this company, but you bear the pain of dealing with receiving it. Pls choose your gift provider don’t make us hate you and your gift

  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

    I had a terrible experience with Flowered UAE. They sent me flowers in very bad condition. The minute I opened the bouquet, all the peonies were falling off. I sent them video and photos of the damaged flowers, but they did nothing. Their complaint team hasn't refunded me, apologized for the service, or sent a replacement. They're completely unresponsive and keep repeating the same answer: "Someone will get in touch with you." But nobody ever does. They promised a refund, but I haven't received it, nor have they sent any replacement flowers. Their service is the worst, with bad quality flowers (and it’s not even the first time that i received bad quality flowers but the first time I complain because enough is enough) , poor customer service, and unresponsiveness. Avoid this company at all costs!

  • Not professional and unreliable

    It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was delivered after the due date and they didn’t give a reason , even though my order was placed 8 hours earlier.
    Nevertheless, they did not even propose an alternative or compensated me for the inconvenience and for putting me in this situation.

  • Don’t except timely delivery

    It’s been 3 days now and the flowers have not been delivered. The problem is they give a large time slot of 5 hours and the driver claims to have called the recipient which is a total lie!

    Either deliver or just say we couldn’t with valid reasons!

  • Worst service ever

    They are so bad with their service and unprofessional and thier customer service was not helping at all i think they made everything worse as they was just manipulating with my mind so i can forget my order which took more than 24 hours to be delivered without knowing where was the courier which finally gave a call after 12 am in the morning saying that he can’t deliver my parcel then they sent a message in the morning saying that my order was cancelled from thier said and after calling them again finally my order was confirmed again and till now am waiting for the delivery

  • Missed delivery on Valentines Day

    The app is easy to use with a great variety of products, the issue is the late deliveries or no show. I have experienced more than once they failed to fulfil the order and refused to refund my money. It’s a clear case of when works it’s good, but when you have an issue it’s a nightmare. Yesterday I ordered flowers for my wife and not only they didn’t deliver but I still have no idea if they will deliver. Poor, poor customer service.

  • Money waste and gift not received !

    The gift was supposed to reach in a specific timining until the next day the gift isn’t recieved and the money is wasted on nothing on top of calling the customer service they have sent to me and the recipient a message that the item has been delivered.. to whom? God knows because neither who placed the order nor who was supposed to get it received the item 😄 I would definitely NEVER recommend this spam to anyone ! Be careful before trusting such horrible companies, money theft.

  • تجربه سيئة مع مندوب التوصيل

    تجربه سيئه للغايه لن تتكرر بسبب سلوك وقله ذوق وادب مندوب التوصيل
    المندوب اتصل الساعه ١٠ الصبح لتبليغ زوجتي ان ليها هديه وطلب وصف العنوان مع اني حاطط الموقع مظبوط علي الخريطه وكاتب العنوان عربي وانجليزي ومحدد عدم الاتصال للحصول علي العنوان
    وخلال اليوم اتصل اكتر من ٦ مرات ويقولها اصلي مش من هنا انا من القاهره
    يعني يتصل الساعه ١٠ ويوصل الهديه الساعه

    Be careful not to order from them on valentine nor Mother’s Day as they will miss your order despite ordering two days on advance
