I don’t recommend anyone to order from this app. U will pay and they will not deliver on time and when u ask for refund they refuse! And also make up stories like the driver go into an accident we can’t deliver on time. Never using them againGreat app

Dear client, our products are designed with imported flowers and are taken care of in the best way. Our products are also delivered in refrigerated vans to protect the flowers from heat. You can use the price filter on our app🌷Include more Gift card options
Would recommend to add Gift card options from Starbucks and popular food and retail stores… I can’t trust sending chocolates or a perfume that i haven’t tried as a giftاسعار مبالغ فيها

Quick, easy, good qualityHorrible customer service and always late
They have beautiful merchandise but be aware your items will never arrive on time. Almost every-time I have made an order with them, the items have not even been prepared by the deadline for delivery! If you call customer service, they only know how to say repeated phrases like “It will be delivered as soon as possible”. Whatsapp customer service takes 40 minutes to respond to each question

This app is so bad I think it may even be a con. They got the address wrong, then failed to respond to respond at all to my messages on their customer support WhatsApp. So they have taken my money, who knows whether any flowers actually got delivered to the incorrect address they claimed to send to (an address which doesn’t exist btw), and then there doesn’t appear to be any human to engage with.
