Absolutely disappointing. Pre-ordered for Valentines day. They reached out 2 days before Valentines day asking to pay double or reschedule as they are busy. Unacceptably rude customer care and they also send message to recipient ahead of time and informed of arriving gift forcing the customers to pay double for Vday delivery. Choose an alternative and never rely on this service. Absolutely worst in UK.Show lessZayed U

I ordered a large bouquet for my friend, only for my friend to receive a completely different bouquet that’s way smaller! I addressed my concern to their customer service and Ahmed is trying to convince me that I’m wrong! Absolutely not professional nor acceptable.

I have a special occasion (my 12th wedding anniversary) and i ordered two days before a delivery to surprise my wife and select the delivery time 1-6PM the. After several phone calls and a lot of false promises we receive the order 10:45, the roses were old and in a very bad condition and the sweets were hot because the driver keep rounding in the car for several hours… I don’t recommend ordering through them at all…Show lessAsemice

Floward saved my dads birthday amazing service and it came on time the thing I ordered looked nothing like I ordered but way better it was rlly big when i saw it honestly Floward surprised me this is prob gonna be the only app i’d use for birthdays before i thought abt floward i got smth from a store lets say it was bad floward is amazing it went great with the cake and everything one this app is the best app ever thank you flowardShow lessDlivx

What a horrible experience with this extremely unprofessional company, they not only delivered the flowers late, the flowers were half dead. And this is a $200 Flowers package. When I contacted them on WhatsApp they responded to my message after 5hrs saying “sorry we promise next time we’ll do better” ???? Is this a joke? look at your reviews here you guys clearly haven't learnt a single thing from all the complaints. Such unethical business shouldn't exist.Show lesspandabapbao

I order the flower on valentines day but you did not deliver my order. You move the time until evening but nothing happen. There was ni response to the customer service too. If you can't manage the order or if theres too many order to process then why accept those orders. It is so unprofessional.Kr@mmmyyy
