I ordered first time flower with Godiva chocolate, they didn’t deliver same day and they didn’t even inform that they aren’t/ can’t deliver because of unavailability of Godiva chocolate. Second day by chance I called them and found out what’s going on. The second day I ordered regular flowers and they didn’t deliver blaming supplier who didn’t supply them with fresh flower, my simple question (why do you have these flowers listed then)… I can not trust this app, BIG SCAM…… app deletedShow lessDeveloper Response

Non professional customer service and you cannot count on delivering your order correct and on Time or even to be delivered at all..
They ruined all the moments and happy occasion . First of all they did not deliver my order at the chosen time slot and they did not even bother to call until I called my self after delivery time has passed to ask about the order. I was told the type of my order that I had paid for is not available and cannot be delivered. After several calls and long waiting on a phone, they offered me cheaper replacement and not to be delivered at the same time with out compensation for their mistake. I have no choice but either accept cheaper offer or refund, and when I ask for refund I felt this is what they were pushing me for!!!!

Used to be good and reliable when they first started, like most good things I guess it must come to an end. The last 3 orders arrived to their recipients over 24 hours late, and at this rate I guess good planning on your behalf is in order if you’re considering ordering from them at any stage. Very bad customer service, literally no one responds on the number put on the website and inaccurate delivery time, my delivery was supposed to be in the morning 7 hrs later no one has received anything, not recommended.Credit card issue
I don’t know why but I was not able to use my Qatari Internet credit card to pay for a Kuwait-based order. I used PayPal instead.Amazing
