Customer service is actually one of the worst experiences I had, people are basically programmed to apologize to you non-stop regardless of what you are saying. They offer zero support, visibility or compensation back to the customer!

I always order from floward but in Valentine’s Day there was a mistake in the order, i had to pay 88 kd for 2 flowers bouquet, the order was duplicated and even though i paid 88 kd, they sent two flowers bouquets with different sizes, i mean i paid for a 50 roses bouquet and then you delivered a smaller one, i was very disappointedShow lessFarah Babbili

I’ve ordered some flowers for Valentine’s Day first the order was supposed to be delivered between 2 :00 pm and 6:00 pm it was delivered around 8:30 pm then when looking at the red roses was astonished at the way they looked completely different than the photo too small looked really bad and for the expensive price I called that a scam, will not order from them anymoreShow lessMoman333
Bad service
I ordered flowers and I asked to delivered in the morning time, Unfortunately, no deliver has been done as per my request and the time has been changed without my permission. Till now, the
Deliver person has my flower for 3 hrs and it is almost midnight…I don't think they will refund my money to my Credit Card, because such bad service provider will keep as hold in my account to force me to use it for their bad service .

The worst flowering application, the driver gave me a gift that isn’t mine, he gave me another person’s flowers and it’s past midnight. And not only that, I had 3 people calling me to have my location??!!!!!!!!!! Do you call that professional!!!! I’ll never recommend this app to anyone!Sultanza

Worst service ever
I was charged money for flowers that were never delivered and for 2 weeks I had to make international calls trying to sort this out with zero response and horrible customer service to be told that we don’t care it says delivered so not our issue.

Weak app
So many bugs and trouble at logins , not allowing me to complete order. Express checkout should not store details. When u come create account the previous express details r stored and does not allow u create new account or complete order in any other way ! Head ache and waste of time .yoyof81
