Terrible service
I tried this application for the first time, it took more than 7 hours and yet my gift not delivered, no one is answering our calls , very bad service , I will never ever use it again if I could would not give any starsami.ka
Not as advertised
I ordered a 150$ that had a high quality chocolate and a glass vase and received an extremely low Chocolate and a plastic wrap instead of the vase, never using them again and will report this, good thing this wasn't a gift to someone so i knewBaramg

Floward is my go to App for ordering flowers when I want some for my home or as a gift. I would suggest photographing the flowers in someone’s hands so we get a better idea of how big or small the flowers are going to be.SarahRehaimi

Don’t waste your money on this shop! They have charged me money and haven’t delivered my order. I’ve been waiting for more than three days and they didn’t even start preparing it. I waited a whole hour for them to answer my call and they didn’t, worst customer service ever.CoolEstxxNerd

Since yesterday, I was trying to process the payment with different cards, but the processing wasn’t completed! And today was going Ok!!
Hopefully in the future, if there’s an app problem, gets announced in the front page!

I made an order thorugh their qatari app. Horrible service. The order did not reach for over a day. The customer support number is unresponsive. I might have called them 20 times without any answer. Their whatsapp number is also unresponsive. All in all one of my absolute worst experiences with an appShow lessJawiiii

Inaccuracy with delivery timings.

I will start off by saying the following - I’m aware that most of my male fellow readers understand and appreciate the importance of Valentine’s Day to our women.
I have placed an order with Floward that was promised to reach my fiancé in a specific time - on Valentine’s Day - however, I have been extremely let down.
I had quite high hopes after I’ve seen the advertisements on floward and decided to go with them in order to ensure that my fiancé was to receive her bouquet on time on a day that love is celebrated.
As you all may have guessed - the delivery did not reach on time. Not only that, but, I’ve attempted reaching out to the floward customer care group multiple times which was of no use as the automated WhatsApp response I got from them was also not very promising.
On the application itself, the mini diagram showing what the process of your order is is quite inaccurate as from the first hour of my delivery due timeframe, it showed as collecting and till the moment the flowers reached (which was unfortunately too late to put the quality of smile I expected to give my lady).
Floward - please take this as constructive criticism, everyone deserves second chances so next Valentine’s Day I’m expecting the flowers to reach in the time promised.
