Worst Flower Delivery Company Ever
It's 15th of February and guess what? I still haven’t received my Valentines Day flowers! 😃 They said I will get them in 2-3 days!!!! The flowers are not cheap either!! £95 for a bunch of roses! Worse experience ever! They fool you by advertising.. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and never arrived! They don’t have customer service , it’s automated system and will never reply back when you ask for a refund!!! Poor customer service
Left me a voicemail saying they needed to confirm my delivery address which is very clear. The postcode is not included on the order but I had submitted that when I placed the order. Then tried to call the customer service number but impossible to get through without the call failing (not an issue on my end as other calls are fine). Absolute diabolical people, I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and paid £75..I filled in all the delivery details. I was then worried that I had no email confirmation. So I tried to call customer services, every call cuts off at some point, normally just when they are about to help you, I tried other phones and different locations, but still the calls cut off. Needless to say the flowers didn’t arrive, they phone my girlfriend from a Manchester number and said they didn’t have a delivery address, although they clearly did!...I tried to phone again, but needless to say the phone was cutting off, as soon as they asked my name...it’s a scam!Show lessLionelConroy
Not professional and unreliable
It is not professional nor acceptable to inform your customer that my order and gift was not delivered after the due date because it was not available, even though my order was placed a week ago. Nevertheless, they did not even proposed an alternative or compensated me for the inconvenience and for putting me in this situation....... totally unacceptable and totally unreliable, don’t use it for your special occasionShow lessAssadr92

Worst customer experience
I ordered a gift of Orchid flowers. Aside from not send the right color, and I came to know a weeks later they had sent in a broken orchid plant with tape to cover it up. When I raised a complaint & DMed them on Twitter, they said you can only complain within 24 hrs & basically it is not our problem.Show lessH-Ai
