App used to work and now it won’t pair
When I first got the lock I was able to use the app and it worked great. For some reason the app forgot my lock so I tried to re pair the lock. It will not pair. I had problems with the little keys working before as well.Dekarma2005
Garbage
Has anyone tested it before releasing it or just made it and threw it in the Wild? I got this to work but this app and the way it works is abysmal and you really have to be a Rocket Scientist to pair it. Doesn’t even work!
Most of the features don’t work, and the only time u can unlock it is if someone is at the door and has turned the lock on, I’d rather just walk over and let them in. I could’ve built a better app myself, I’ll literally do it for free so that they can stop stealing people’s money like this. Very unfortunate, would’ve just bought the cheaper lock if I knew they were lying to me.Show lessmatatatyyb

I tried for and hour to set up and account via text and email - couldn’t even make that work. So no reason to keep the lock.Mr Marz
Terrible
This lock is not “built to last.” It is built to be trash. The app doesn’t work. I have spent over 3 hours re-reading the instructions and googling how to use it. I 100% do not recommend this lock. Garbage
The box says you can unlock the door with your phone. The reason I bought the thing in the first place. Come to find out, surprise, surprise, surprise. You can’t. So it basically was a waste of my time and money.Kawowabear
EKey Expired
I’m getting the EKey expired message. I tried everything. Deleted the lock added back deleted the app re-installed it reset the key but still not working. This hold setup is Basura, junk, garbage..DeeZ.
