Reviews of Oaks Smart Lock

  • Best Smart Lock!

I love having options to unlock with a key, or code, or RF card or the phone! I’ve setup specific codes for contractors and I like being able to see when the codes were used under history. Also when guests stay over, I have RF bracelets so that they don’t have to mess around with the code. I also like having the backup of a physical key in case I forget to change the batteries. It’s a great lock for a great price!
  • This app broke my lock

I’ve had this Oaks Blue smart lock for years now and had no issues with it. The new app came out, and I have been locked out of my property ever since then. Emailed customer support, with no response. Guess I’m gonna have to destroy my own lock just to access my property. Whatever update they made, it makes my lock only respond “the lock has been reset” and flashes the numbers “1,3,5,7,9” whenever I put in the passcode. Tried all the passcodes, none of them work.
  • No Updates in a Year

No watch app. Iffy device. The only way to disable autolock is to take the sensor off of the door.
