  • Garbage

    Their customer service is the worst!!! I just called to cancel my contract, and they want me to pay 300+ to cancel the contract. The lady in customer service who took my call is the worst. She was rude the whole time, did not let me finish talking, and when I asked to speak to someone else, said they were on “vacation.” How am I supposed to want to keep the service if they are not even helpful or friendly service? I am never recommending your services to absolutely anyone! The worst!!! Absolutely garbage!

  • Worst company and Nothing works properly

    I had a sales representative who purported to be affiliated with ADT. Despite initially setting up my alarm system under the impression that it was with ADT, upon closer examination of the documentation provided, I discovered that the services were actually associated with AMP Smart. This discrepancy was unsettling, as it led to a lack of confidence in the integrity of the services provided.
    Furthermore, the level of service rendered by AMP Smart fell significantly below the standard I would expect from a reputable company. I encountered persistent issues with the system, and despite reaching out to their help desk for assistance, I found the support to be inadequate. Regrettably, I often had to resort to troubleshooting and resolving issues independently, which was both frustrating and time-consuming.
    Adding to my dissatisfaction, I was surprised to discover that AMP Smart had increased their rates without providing prior notice. This lack of transparency regarding pricing changes only exacerbated my concerns about the company's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
    In light of these experiences, I felt compelled to express my disappointment and urge individuals to choose to wisely.

  • Horrible

    We’ve had this system for 5 years and in those 5 years, we never trust the system. The panel glitches, video limits, and you having to manually turn on video for the doorbell to record every month. We reached out to the company multiple times to get all of this fixed. When we finally had a technician come out to fix all of the issues we were having. He stated we needed a new panel and he would return in a week. He never came back. When we receive a message in regards to how we were feeling about the system. I vented out all the issues we were having and never received a response back. This company is a scam. The salesperson who sold us the system only got into our door because he stated he would be adding to our system with ADT. Later after everything being installed they told us they were a whole separate company. Leading to us being in collection with ADT because AMP Rep told us they would take care of the cancellation fee with ADT and nope another empty promise. We’ve only been with the company for so long due to the point that they automatically renew your contract without asking. And in order to cancel there’s a fee. Trust me, don’t use AMP. Stick to anything else.
