Information gone
I’ve been using this app for over a year up with no issues until the last few months. Sometimes I would log in and all my information would be gone but would all be back when you logged back in. Today I came to log in and everything is gone, an it keeps prompting me to read how to use the app every 30 seconds.

Frustrated
Can’t get past the tutorial page. Can’t enter bills. Can’t enter anything. Waste of money
Not working after app update
I loved this app, have had it for years to track my bills.
Did everything I wanted it to and it was easy.
App did an update, I lost everything and it won’t let me enter anything in. Very disappointed as it was great before update.

Very aggravating
I paid to upgrade so I could add more bills to my list. It was working fine for a little bit but now it’s extremely glitchy, I go to add bills, sometimes they show up on the calendar, sometimes they don’t, I’ll add a new bill and it will just disappear or it’ll add the bill plus a duplicate. I love the idea of the app, it’s just too glitchy. This has to be the most frustrating app I have ever had to deal with.

All Bill Data Deleted
I’ve used this app for a couple years on the paid version. Loved it. Best thing. Until today when I went on and allll of my data was gone. It keeps welcoming me as if it’s the fist time I’ve ever downloaded a d used the app with the tutorial screen. When I tried to re add all my data it didn’t stick. Just kept disappearing. Very upsetting as I paid for this app and now have to find a new one.

Lost everything
I’ve been using it for a couple of years. A bit glitchy, but usable. Today however it’s not working and I’ve lost everything. Tried to re-enter everything, but that’s not working either.

Notifications are not displaying
Sadly I’m not getting notifications to pay my bills so this app is pretty much useless I tried contacting the developer and I’m still waiting for a response
Data loss unexpectedly
Was enjoying and relying on this app regularly for over a year or more, but suddenly all bill data was gone. I was promoted with a “welcome to my bills” tutorial. I’m no longer confident my bill data (which you enter manually with schedule and frequency) won’t get erased again if I renter it. I did go for the paid upgrade too awhile back. Bummer!

Nice when it works
It’s great when it works. But sometimes I open the app and all my data is gone. Completely. This has happened several times over the past year or so. I have to delete the app and reinstall, which doesn’t always work. When I’m trying to pay bills and work on my budget, it’s more than frustrating for this to happen.

Annoying introduction
I bought the basic use package for $1.99. So far I really like the app, especially the simplicity and the way the dashboard gives me a heads up view. But every time I open the app I get the initial introduction and have to hit skip. How do I make it stop introducing itself every time I open the app???
