As a pro musician, i always wanted to have this kind of simple-yet powerful app for a quick chart writing.
But it didn’t work on my ipad pro- when i select the chord, it always goes in the middle. And nothing happens when i click the position i want to put the chord. And I don’t like the font either. It’s so hard to read (i like Jazz fonts of other notation programs like Sibelius or Finale, but this is a joke) I want to get a refund if I can. Let me know how to. ThanksShow less100492Wa
No Save Function?
I would give this app 5 stars if there was a save function. Sometimes I work on more than one song at a time and I need to go back to old charts and make edits. This app is a great concept but lacking this key thing to make it a go to app for me.RaMuProductions

I like this app because is easy to use it. but it will be great if it have a staff and the option to add music notes And chart by the number system.

Not intuitive; no instructions
Starting a chart is easy enough, but when I click on the first chord to use it defaults to halfway down the page, with no apparent option to start charting/inserting chords on the first line of the chart. Maddening, especially without any instructions or tips. This is a good idea that isn’t quite ready for use (or for taking people’s money).Show lessrobrich1
It’s OK But Lacking
This app has potential. Two things I think it needs: 1) It needs a way to save charts within the app and a way to search for them alphabetically or by typing in the first few letters/Words of a saved song. Currently the only way to save a song is by exporting it as a PDF or an image file. 2) It needs an easier way to chart songs by the number system. I like to chart by the number system because it makes it easier to play in any key. The app lists the chords of the chosen key for quick selection, I wish it did the same for the number system. Currently this app has the ability to type in anything you want and add it to the chart but it would be nice if one could switch between the chords or numbers for quick selection.Show lessBIG M2-777
Great app
Brilliant!! For two bucks you get a lot here. Clear layout, measures and chords, even lyrics if you want. Plus, you can export the file to PDF and print. It's a powerful way to grow a library of readable charts. I hope in the coming months the newer version will give an option to transpose.Paule327

It can’t be used horizontally, there doesn’t seem to be an erase or undo option, there are no options (that I can find) to notate the rhythm of a chord change- unless the chord changes directly on a downbeat, and when a repeat sign (or other marker) is added to a bar, the bar doesn’t expand to fit it properly. Instead, it just has to sit there on top of the hash marks, making it messy and hard to read. It’s very possible that I am using it wrong, but, so far, it’s not very intuitive for problem solving. Hi, the app can't be used horizontally for functionality reasons. To remove a chord or symbol just tap on them and select the garbage icon. You can't change rhythm in current version but we're working on it. Regards!
