  • Great, but a few suggestions

This is an absolutely great app for getting on track and staying motivated with tasks, however I have a few suggestions to make it more engaging.
A bad habit tracker would be great, if you do something you want to quit, you will lose health.
Enemies and equipments should have special attributes so they aren't all the same. For example, a shield could have a chance to half an enemy's attack and an enemy could have a chance to deal double damage.
Daily activities would be great, where you get extra XP for a random task like talking to a stranger or cleaning up a room.
Bosses might be a stretch, but they are still a good idea to consider. Maybe after leveling up a certain amount or after not completing enough tasks as you should be, a boss appears that has much more health and does much more damage to motivate you.

Again, this app is great and I can't wait to see it developed further. Good luck to you.

  • Simple but nicely organized

It is easy to set up and edit tasks. You don’t get much interaction with the monsters you encounter so it doesn’t feel too much like a game and there isn’t much customization yet but I can see the potential. It has several categories to organize your tasks in: daily, weekly and monthly. It even has a simple to do list that you can have tailored to what needs done only on today. At the very least it is an easy to do list organizer that doesn’t require money and is easy to use. Thank you so much for this game I can’t wait to see the improvements possibly something like interacting with the monsters by having the tiny tasks or big tasks give you energy to do a power move to take out the enemy to get equipment or virtual pets to play with

  • Helps me get motivated

U was looking for a daily quest to do list when I stumbled on this app. I have a hard time getting motivated but this app brings a fun element to my day that helps me to get my tasks done. Love the leveling up and unlocking new items and outfits. Can’t wait to see what future updates bring!
  • Shame

So much potential here. I don’t know why this is the first app to cleanly split to dos, daily, weekly and monthly so nicely. The app has not been updated in years, basic I mean really basic features like notifications are paywalled, and you can untap and retap tasks to cheese the game side and farm items. Broken. Some visual bugs. Just a great idea missing some love and polish. It never hit goal on indiegogo funding so its understandable it was never finished as the dev said it would be budget dependent, but at the end of the day, its a shame because there was really something here.

  • Great App

I love what this app does. Sadly, this cannot become my main productivity app, as it lacks features that Finch and TickTick have. But I’d say this is pretty good!

The only downside is that a lot of things are locked behind a premium service. And this app has clearly gone unloved by its developers as it’s been 5 years without an update. If some cosmetic changes are added, or the ability to change the look of your character instead of selecting presets, or the ability to equip the gear you have, or more things to do/more rewards were added then I think this would be a great app. I’d probably drop my other two productivity apps!

But since this app has obviously been forgotten by its developers, and because it has little charm and functionality, this app gets a 3/5 stars.

  • Widget?

I truly love this app and hope I’ll find it useful in the coming days (only just downloaded it).

I would love it if the devs made a widget option for it though! Being able to swipe to my phone’s widget screen and see my remaining quests for the day/week/month would be additionally motivating, I think.

Also, a note to potential downloaders: to activate reminders and make use of a few other things in the app, you have to buy a subscription. It’s cheap, but still a factor. The app is usable without the subscription, but less helpful.

  • Simply wonderful.

Easy to navigate and use. Random drops and monsters add just the right amount of flair to incentivize completing tasks. I’ve used it for a few weeks now and it’s already help me establish a consistent morning and nightly routine. Even just the free version so far has been so helpful.
  • Bare bones in good and bad ways

I absolutely love this app. I’ve tried other ways of gamifying my tasks but this is the easiest to keep up with and use. It’s intuitive to dive right in, the drag and drop features to organize are great, and the focus on to-do versus habits is exactly what I need. I do wish there were more options for characters. I know character customization is a long process so I know that’s a big ask but it’d be nice to see more variety in the skin color, body type, etc. for the characters at each level. I also feel like the subscription for the elite level is pretty steep for what’s offered. I’d like to financially support the app but $50/year is a lot for what you get.

  • Changed my entire life forever

Sometimes, you cannot use words to express how good something is. You try, but words fail you and you are at a loss. So it frustrates you that you are unable to do something justice.

This review cannot do this app justice. But I feel like I literally can’t live without this app. As someone with clinical ADHD, a chronic neurological condition that will never go away, this app has changed my life. The smallest of tasks were completely unmotivating to me before. I tried as hard as I could, jumping through hoops to do something as simple as personal hygiene, or household chores and daily errands. My condition is severely debilitating, but this app has literally changed my life.

I don’t ever want to wake up one day and have to live without this app. I don’t ever want this app to vanish or disappear. Just like I can’t drive without glasses because I can’t see, I can’t have a productive and normal life without this app.
