Mobile deposits give errors
I have a business account. I usually have zero issues with making remote deposits. I have tried taking the photos on dark surfaces, light surfaces, backwards, forwards, outside, inside, inside under a flash light with zero luck. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to try that. The error message says it detects possible errors and could be denied if passed through. Problem is is there is no pushing through. If you press proceed, it stops at that step. It doesn’t push it through for approval or denial. This makes it difficult when someone is banking from afar.
