This app has not worked in about a month and I have submitted 4 emails for assistance and no one has responded. But took my money for the subscription.

I have used this app for years. Simple to use. Now I have an issue that I cannot export the data even with the subscription. After multiple emails to the only customer service contact over a month I still haven’t received a reply.
