  • NEVER use this company

    never use this company! in addition to the fact that they will not send you printed documents to your address, they will also write off as much money from your card as they want, I have screenshots before payment, which shows the amount that I paid, but they decided to write off even more money from my bank card without notifying me about it and without sending a check, I noticed this completely by accident when I went into my bank’s personal account, when I wrote to them in support, they don’t even try to solve this problem, this is the most terrible service I’ve ever seen, NEVER contact this company for services, their only goal is to write off as much money as possible from your bank card! It’s better to immediately find an accountant who will do everything necessary for you, thereby you will save time, money and nerves, NEVER come here if you don’t want to ruin your mood and lose money!!!!

  • I never received my packet. Ripped me off 250 dollars!

    I paid 50 dollars for the lowest package on there website. They then secretly took a unauthorized 200 dollars out the next day. I disputed the 200 with the bank and legal zoom won so I had to lose 200 dollars for nothing . It’s been over a month and I have received nothing from this shady company. Not a thing.

  • Do it yourself

    Legalzoom has done nothing but create problems for me and cost me time and money. Funny thing is I used them because I thought they would help and assist me. Everything I paid for them to do never got completed. I had to end up fixing or finishing things that were never finalized by them myself with the SEC. You get charged for everything or at least tried to be. Nobody has any idea about your file, order # etc. they just keep sending a checklist to fill out yet your notified of things to late. I am not a person to ever leave reviews but now that on top of a bunch of other issues from them now my trademark is about to be abandoned which I will of course fix myself which should have already been completed and no communication of course except with a file saying your trademark is about to be abandoned. They will take your money right out so make sure but honestly save yourself a huge loss precious time, money and effort and just learn to do whatever yourself. It is in the end easier then you think to do any of it.
