However it can be frustrating when the customer inputs the information they are needing help with incorrectly, causing me or other people to be charged for a lead that they can’t sell their services and turn into a job to!
Too often I’m getting ‘leads’ where customers either don’t answer when I call in more than a timely manner, most times, within 5-20 minutes and don’t answer or are ‘just shopping around’.
Angie’s has been very helpful in helping me get exposure to people I would otherwise never come in contact with, and HAS reversed fees for leads that do not pertain to what I do, but I feel like I VERY OFTEN am asking for fees to get reversed because of people just not needing to hire at the moment or like I said not answering!
I know it would probably be asking a lot, but maybe only send leads for people READY TO HIRE, instead of telling me, that I need to do a better job of selling my services!🙄
