I’m very disgusted with the Service I received. First of all my appointment was scheduled by Angi for the morning after I had my new mattress which was great. However, the day that my mattress removal was scheduled for 9am, I received an email at 7:30am…not a text that they weren’t coming….not that day or the next day, but they rescheduled my appointment for 5 days later on a Sunday at 10am. I tried to reschedule my appointment to Wednesday morning, however they sent me a message saying that that was too early. The app finally let me reschedule for Friday at 4pm. On Friday morning my Pro called me to say he had to work until 3pm and he would be driving from the Syracuse area. So I knew that he would not be here to get my CaliKing mattress at the appointment time. I hadn’t heard anything else from him by 6:15 so I called the phone number that he had called from in the morning and he said he was just getting ready to leave home. He finally got here at 8:30pm. He was very polite and friendly and efficient. He needed help to move the mattress. In his defense, he had gone through some inclement weather on his way here.
The above was a problem for me because this huge mattress was across my closet doors where it was put expecting that the removal was going to be removed by your Pro the following morning. I’m 70 years old and I was unable to move the mattress from in front of my closet doors.
