DID ME DIRTY IN THE WORSE WAY
I had worked so hard on my profile and had gotten hired by many on Care. I had also have had these clients given me 5 star reviews and not one complaint from anyone. I have a passion for caring for elderly and just helping people in general. I had appreciated Care’s platform until one day I woke up and realized my profile was taken down without a slight explanation of why this even happened to me. I’ve helped so many people on Care even if it was temporary help or permanent. I had always showed up and given my all. This destroyed me, to know my profile was taken down and on top of that, no rhyme or reason for doing so. It states that I can make an appeal that all I had to do was log back in using the same account. I did that and tried submitting a claim. My claim wasn’t even being allowed to be submitted at all. I’ve tried so many times and I have received the same outcome numerous times. I am wanting to sue Care for this because this matter was carelessly mishandled and uncalled for. Care, I hope you make this make sense in the form of I was a member for a long while and built up a good profile that has reviews from clients who hired me on your platform. I am devastated and you guys didn’t even give me the chance to make an appeal as promised. This was all lies.Show less090413LPML

it would be zero or negative stats if i could. my account has been down for over a year and all you get are automated emails saying basically, sorry go to our FAQ becasue we don’t really care. then if you keep emailing they say stop emailing your issues has been resolved. it’s been over a year and it’s honestly comical atp. there is zero phone number to call so you will always be speaking with a robot. “we are here to help” yah no they just want the money with no responsibility. worse customer service i’ve ever seen and this is for nothing because again, they do. not. care. just go to the faq and everything will be fine( faq has no info) good luck you guys, they don’t care about you or the families.
edit/ and then they say “ oh we can help try here” and then you get an email saying we will get back to you in 48 hours” and they don’t or if they do they saw sorry the problems been resolved, good luck!
no phone number or any personal help so don’t come here saying yah you can contact us, you know we can’t. I hear the same thing over and over and for over year still haven’t gotten a clear answer to my problem.
get a help line with an actual human. it’s so bizarre how terrible the customer service is. again negative stars if i could.Show lessfckofff69

I'd love to find out how this company could work out for me, as I've heard many great things from others over the years. However, when I tried filling out my availability, it would automatically delete entries that were correct instead of letting me correct or delete entries that I made mistakes on. (Why can't I just type in the times of my availability myself instead of selecting it from a scrolling list?) Further, when I selected "Add to multiple days" I expected to be able to select which days to add my availability to but it applied it to all the days of the week. (I am not available every day, and I am not always available at the same times every day.) If I tried to correct entries for availability, it would not allow me to select AM or PM or change the start/end times, and if I tried to delete the incorrect time slot, it would delete the slot that I wanted to keep and then not allow me to change or delete the one that I wanted to correct. I got so frustrated and turned off by this glitch that I just gave up on the sign-up. I'll finish it another time, perhaps, but not on the app.Show lessaconibel
