I signed up for the app almost 2 weeks ago. In comparison to similar Apps (which have no subscription fees), this App is terribly unfriendly to use - same mostly applies to the website. For example, there is no option to save/like a job post to be able to come back to it. Also, no button on the same screen with the ad to dismiss the ad - only to flag or report, so I have to look at the same ad multiple times! In addition, setting rates is incredibly frustrating; sometimes it’s takes and others it doesn’t. It also takes the amount entered and auto adjusts other services, which I am not used to. Those looking for services should be required to create a fuller profile and actually explain the job. I’d say 90% of the ads for caregiving or pet sitting to have literally one sentence about the job. Opened messages stay on as read and that drives my ADD up the wall. Speaking of which, there is no option to archive messages. I know this company has been around a very long time and I am severely let down on how dysfunctional everything is. If not improved ASAP, I doubt I’ll keep paying to work with an App/website that’s so unfriendly to users.
