There are some good features, but a list of things that need to be added for actual function for scheduling etc.
1) make app schedule have month view. , less stretched out looking week view. When adding customer, the pop up generic month, does not help, have the month view showing scheduled jobs pop up. Or ability to switch to a well formatted month view.
2 make it where you can hit add quote to job. When you add a job, before a quote is approved or other quotes added for the prev scheduled job, you can’t add the quote to job. You have to delete the job and convert quote to job.
3make color codes appear on app( a choice of color by city would be great)
4) add auto lunch break option to timer. 5) make it integrate better with google calendar. Or create a widget to quickly view schedule from phone Home Screen. Most of us are working in the field using the app. The app is lacking a lot that is on pc view. 6) add a way to close a job, that will not be invoiced. Many jobs, we don’t know additional work, second visit will be added. Many times the invoice will not be billed until next job. If this super needed features aren’t coming soon, please let us know so we can find something that works better , to be less work for scheduling. At min we need to quickly see the whole month quickly when a customer calls, and have color coded areas to quickly see where someone can be added.
