Unusable App
The issue I had was finally resolved a week later with an update. The app itself is still a little buggy but it works fine, no issues using it at restaurants or purchasing vouchers. I’d really love them to accept ApplePay as it never quite remembers all of my card details (which isn’t a problem just a minor inconvenience).
The support was great, they couldn’t really fix the issue there and then but the service continues to be 5/5. I’ve left my original review below so you can see how responsive the developer is.

This app is quite literally unusable on my iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.1 which has been setup as new (not from a backup) and after re-installing the app.
- I cannot log into my account: after entering the password and tapping login, nothing happens. The button reacts as if tapped but doesn’t progress. Using the enter key doesn’t have an effect either.
- When the app has loaded (after skipping the login) the navigation buttons along the bottom of the screen don’t work. When I tap them there’s no reaction and the pages don’t load.
In summary it worked on my iPhone X and on my partner’s iPhone 8 both running iOS 13.1 but on my iPhone 11 Pro it’s a no-go. I cannot access my vouchers on my personal handset until the app is updated.
This is a shame because I’m a big advocate of Confidentials, I’ve been using them pre-app. It’s otherwise a good service.
I rate the app itself a 1/5. The service a 4/5.
