Horrible!
Freezing cold. The restaurant had few patrons; yet the server stayed in the kitchen area talking while we waited for her. I typically would stay quiet but because she told us the very cold temps were due to COVID I had to voice this negative experience!
We still tipped 20% because we were thankful to the team that worked today.Show lessunhappy gabbie

Please fix for all iPhones operating the latest version of iOS. Get splash screen only. Can’t redeem points and/or offers, nor scan receipts. The workarounds involving server looking up one’s account at the restaurant and/or logging into website are very inconvenient.da bronx guy
App never works!
Haven’t been able to get the app to work for 2 months. I emailed Max & Erma’s 2 months ago & they responded saying they were having problems with it & were working on it. Still doesn’t work!gailtc
