Unable to use will not update to continue use has been frozen for two weeks no way to update !!!! Love the restaurant go at least two days a week but have to hold on to receipts to wait for app to let the scan in0213rose

Disappointed
Called in an order. I was ordering from Max and Erma’s for the Reuben but they were out. Ordered burger and Phillie Steak. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and
Hostess said she would check on my order when I checked in. After 5 minutes I had to ask the hostess if she checked on my order. Her response was- oh no I will do that. After another five minutes my order finally came out. There is a reason people call in orders as they are not comfortable being in a restaurant during the pandemic.Show lesscurbside not available

We really enjoy eating at Max and Erma’s so glad restaurant is now open to eat in. Maybe one of our favorite restaurants. Food is good and staff is very friendly.THL SAL

Deceiving
Was excited to see $3 Margaritas for Wednesday and the ad said also available to go. However when I went to order the margaritas to go I was told they would be $8 a piece! I didn’t order them but I feel Max and Erma needs to clear up their information!Krissy/Gavin
