  • Reputed bank with the poorest app

    This is such a glitchy app. Shameful to see India number one bank with a poor app such as this. Most of the time it says that we cannot connect, cannot transfer money, cannot access our account etc etc. We are lucky on the moments that it works. Monday morning forget about doing anything in the app, it’s hopeless.
    Transaction failed is more frequent than transaction successful.
    Every time this happens I think about switching to a better bank with a more sophisticated app. One of these days I will.

  • Would give zero stars if I could

    Typical cheap Indian app. Looks like it’s been designed by a 5 year old. The first thing it said when I opened the app is that I must uninstall TeamViewer otherwise it would not operate. I use TeamViewer for legitimate purposes to access my other devices but these incompetent developers just assume it’s used for illicit purposes. Secondly, it then asks me to send an SMS from my UK number to an Indian number. I paid to send an international SMS and then nothing. I didn’t receive anything in reply and the app just stays on the same page. Therefore I gave up and uninstalled it. Utterly useless.

  • NRI can’t register. Only for India not global.

    While directing for text message,auto number is Indian and couldn’t go as starts with 91. To send text from Canadian number it should start as 011 then 91 then number. Similar is the case with BhimSBI pay!
    Need update ASAP.

Whereas, for international number YONO is displaying SB001 error message. IT team is working on it for solution, which may take some time.   • The YONO app is useless

    YONO App is still in 1940’s. There is no features like other banking apps do. Waste of time.

  • Nice but big privacy issues

    Update—maybe the developers saw my reviews, or took heed of feedback from numerous others. They’ve now quickly rectified the issue. I’m turning this into a 4 star rating.

    The app works well, even if it has too many features and the interface can be made simpler. Most worryingly, the app doesn’t work on VPN. This is a strange move and there is no reason for it to be this way. Other banks have no issues and work normally. I will have to stop using the app if this issue continues.

  • App stopped working after update

    It is always challenge after app upgrade. I upgraded to latest version 1.23.97 on iphone and app is stopped working at all. Dear @developers - I am sure you guys do multi level testings before deployment in Prod... 🤯

  • New version of YONO is not working

    Looks like Sbi don’t have good developers. They are launching applications without testing. My YONO stopped working after updating

  • SAFETY AND SECURITY FIRST!

    I’m a longtime user of SBI YONO. I would like to think that when functional glitches happen in its functionality, safety features kick in automatically. This is good. Bearing the cost of online frauds via increased profits of the Bank as a whole for the sake of good reviews from customers is a moral hazard that should be avoided by all. “Customer is King” is fine but SBI YONO is perhaps keen safeguarding Royal wealth, sometimes at the cost of Royal wrath.
    For the sake of transparency and fair disclosure, I served SBI as AGM, in charge of Vigilance Cases Inquiry. Hope my views are not overly biased.
