CONNECTIVITY ISSUE EVEN WHEN BROADBAND IS WORKING
YONO SBI App is excellent. It is uniformly easy to use.
However today it appears to behave somewhat oddly.
It’s not opening. Says ‘there seems to be a network problem. Please check your connectivity’. My connectivity is excellent with Broadband speed of about 85 Mbps. All other apps are working. I am able to post this in App Store review. Only YONO has this problem.
When contacted Customer Service told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did. But still not able to register. Same display about connectivity.
SBI should perhaps have a system in place to deal with this kind of problem.Show less+isgood
Inefficiency
This app barely works with tonnes of security checks which no other bank follows.anaghavimal

Currently, YONO registration is not available for International Numbers but it will work if international roaming for Indian SIM registered with Bank is enabled and having outgoing SMS facility. Not a single time this app functions without a defect. Sometimes text message for otp does not arrive. Lately it has been crashing at the of remittance flow. Never seen such a low quality banking app.rasajanlal

App is unable to register phone even though it has registered mobile number sim.
I have tried multiple times using LTE data and on wifi always sending the sms within 1 sec.
No help provided within App to resolve the issue.?$($

I am an NRI customer of SBI and when i tried to use this app overseas, it would not allow me to do so. Then when I came back to India, it said that i had to enable it because i didn’t use the app in over a yearJerald_jd

I was using this app before and it has good features. However when I changed my mobile & transferred my data from old mobile to new mobile it didn’t work. It said it will send an OTP to the mobile number registered. But I never received the OTP. I tried it several times with no success.
I deleted it on my old phone & reinstalled it on my new phone but still no success. It is such a good app but of no use. I hope the creator will atleast take a look at the negative reviews and update the app. If u r not serious, as most Indian govt services are (since they only work for salary), just don’t advertise about app on TV etc. Hope u take this serious and update the app addressing the issues in it.Show lessHG Naik

Although I like sbi banking app bcos it offers all services I want.
It crashes multiple times during transactions, leaving in limbo in the middle of process. Takes too much time to load data. Lot of time wasted on sbi app just to even check balance in the account due to slow loading and crashing.sudhir khodwekar

It is an general opinion, that Government service may not be good, while this YONO app by SBI is awesome, quick, simple, easy to use, user friendly, secure and what not, this 100% better than any other bank. Luv it.Samurid

Awful SBI online experience
Don’t understand why SBI is still develops these apps. It’s not your cup of tea. This is a problem with SBI being a public sector. No one cares. Being an NRI , with no local SBI branch it’s a pain. Example - Even if I entered Profile password correctly- it did not work. Tried forget password option. I was not given the password hint option I used 15 years back, rather I had to guess which password hint option I used, that did not work. I have to download a physical form, print, fill up, sign, scan and send over to someone. Is this called online experience?Show lessChitta Jena
