Nice but big privacy issues
The app works well, even if it has too many features and the interface can be made simpler. Most worryingly, the app doesn’t work on VPN. This is a strange move and there is no reason for it to be this way. Other banks have no issues and work normally. I will have to stop using the app if this issue continues.

CONNECTIVITY ISSUE EVEN WHEN BROADBAND IS WORKING
However today it appears to behave somewhat oddly.
It’s not opening. Says ‘there seems to be a network problem. Please check your connectivity’. My connectivity is excellent with Broadband speed of about 85 Mbps. All other apps are working. I am able to post this in App Store review. Only YONO has this problem.
When contacted Customer Service told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did. But still not able to register. Same display about connectivity.
SBI should perhaps have a system in place to deal with this kind of problem.

Unable to register phone with RMN SIM.
I have tried multiple times using LTE data and on wifi always sending the sms within 1 sec.
No help provided within App to resolve the issue.
