Not able to log in to my account for about months now
I have been unable to log in for months now. I keep contacting customer service, and they keep giving me the same answer: to wait for five days. This cycle has continued for months. I am very disappointed, especially since the issue started when my Emirates ID expired. After I got my new ID, I asked them to register it, but they didn't help me, and I am still experiencing the same issue.Show lessNot the future
Good to get a quick bank account. Poor for most other things. App auto logs out every 2 minutes even if you keep the app open. No direct contact number lol. Only chat. Chat is broken with limited notifications and of course you will be signed out while you wait for someone to respond.
This is only useful if you just want to have a fully digit bank account. If you can think of any reason (checks, withdrawal large sums, etc) why you would need to go in person at all for as long as you are in the UAE, then this will be good. Otherwise just get a normal bank account.

I can't believe I just opened an account with Liv bank and quickly discovered that their customer service is absolutely terrible. It's practically non-existent! I've been waiting for hours without receiving any response. This is beyond frustrating and concerning. I have made up my mind - I will be closing this account immediately.Show less
