Well that was a fail …
They update the design of the app and it’s almost impossibly slow to use. Shocking. Held out for a couple of months but I’ll be closing my account and moving elsewhere after 10 years of custom. SadPoor banking app
Worst banking app of my money was debiting from my account with my permission it’s happened two times when report I didn’t get response from bank and call center staff are not supported..Chatbots slow and unhelpful
After numerous attempts to reach a human on the call centers and being on hold for over an hour. I tried the chat. It was just as useless. CBD need to communicate better with their customer and get more help at their call centers or get an app that actually works.
