  • Well that was a fail …

    They update the design of the app and it’s almost impossibly slow to use. Shocking. Held out for a couple of months but I’ll be closing my account and moving elsewhere after 10 years of custom. Sad
  • Poor banking app

    Worst banking app of my money was debiting from my account with my permission it’s happened two times when report I didn’t get response from bank and call center staff are not supported..
  • Chatbots slow and unhelpful

    After numerous attempts to reach a human on the call centers and being on hold for over an hour. I tried the chat. It was just as useless. CBD need to communicate better with their customer and get more help at their call centers or get an app that actually works.
  • Transferring money is difficult

    Overall the app is fine - except:
    - Recent update makes it impossible to transfer money to anyone (error missing data no matter what)
    - Desktop website allows transferring money but doesn’t provide a debit advice / receipt no matter what.

    So overall there’s no way to transfer money to someone and be able to share proof of transfer.

  • New update

    After the latest new update my dashboard is not working anymore
  • App stopped logging in after recent update.

    Ap started giving error & stopped logging in after new update. While have been receiving emails since last week that there’s is new update coming promising new exciting feature. While existing features of banking are out of reach after updating the App.
  • Worst bank and application

    Nobody doesn’t respond, They sent me a MasterCard before my registration was completed 😅
  • Won’t let me log in!

    Zero support when there is a problem. Has no problems until today when it keeps saying your networks settings need changing despite being on the same “network settings” for over a year. I simply can’t log into to see my bank details. The pop up crashes the app! Tried connecting on the phone and social media nobody is interested to help. Not impressed.
