Had Promise
This app had promise, the interface was wonky originally. Guess they updated the interface, still wonky and now you are charged for it, if you have more than one pet. I’ll go back to my spreadsheet. I realize everybody has to make a living, but that’s a lot of money when I use it only 3 times a year (3 cats for their annual checkups).Show lessDeveloper Response
Dear lizurd, we apologize for all the troubles we may have caused. There is now a new updated version that has taken care of the issues reported and allows you to access all of your pets and their data without any charges. Please contact us at support@11pets.com for further assistance.They just blocked two of my pets
Scam…..I have been using the app for almost 4 years and they just launched an update to force you have a subscription, and blocked me from accessing the data I have been putting in the app… I sent a email to support to retrieve that info and they didn’t even bother to answer…. They have an awful customer service and they don’t care about the older subscribers… they are forcing you to pay to access your previous information… I call that stealing… I hate that app… I don’t recommend it at allShow lessDeveloper Response

Oh, and one more thing that’s messed up with the supposedly updated app.… I can’t even use the contact us within the app, because the submit button to submit what I’ve typed is hidden by the keyboard on an iPhone. There is no option on the iPhone to hide the keyboard. When I try to scroll or tab or anything outside of the text box, it does not work. I guess you guys would rather not hear from us, than actually be expected to fix things.Show lessDeveloper Response
Dear Aquapup, we apologize the earlier stages of the new version was not as expected. Our small team have had a rough couple of months of not being able to update the version due to implications.
