Unable to add medication not on their list

I’m not able to add medication that’s not on their pre loaded list of drugs. None of the vet prescribed medication my animals are using are included in their list and cannot add medication. Will not let you save without selecting a medication. Daft design, glad of the 7 day free trial for the paid app so I could find this bug and cancel my membership.

Our team have also taken care of other reported issues and is constantly working on fixes and improvements. The old app was better

I was really excited to see what the new paid app would offer as I LOVED the old app but sadly, I was disappointed. I don’t mind paying for an app if it is good. After all, the developer has to be paid to support the app but this new app has zero functionality. The weight graph is back to front. You can no longer add vet appointments without having to connect the app to your vet. But in all likelihood your vet is going to be too busy looking after animals without having to complete OTPs for an app! The in app support function does not work. I even emailed support over a month ago but emails are ignored. It’s like now they have your money, they don’t care. Just look at the developer responses to the reviews. Very very disappointed

Super buggy

Tried to give this another chance and downloaded again. Not very promising. First thing to greet you is a low resolution splash screen. One important thing I wanted to use this is adding task for monthly medication. After clicking save for a task, it won’t even save it! Just nothing gets saved. Useless.

We have had a rough couple of months where apple did not allow us to update it due to some implications that we had to sort. Had Promise

This app had promise, the interface was wonky originally. Guess they updated the interface, still wonky and now you are charged for it, if you have more than one pet. I’ll go back to my spreadsheet. I realize everybody has to make a living, but that’s a lot of money when I use it only 3 times a year (3 cats for their annual checkups).

Cannot use

Since the major upgrade (that I could not have to open for months; I only gave it a try recently after having deleted the app), it has become unusable: freezes, links and buttons cannot be clicked (tapped)… not to mention the many spelling mistakes (analyzes?!? Complete the stepper?!?…) and various bugs (miscalculation of age from date of birth, currency randomly reset to Sri Lanka Rupee…).
I paid good money for this app and feel ripped off.
I just cannot comprehend how this can be available for purchase.

Not worth installing

This was once the best pet app but no more …i reluctantly paid 99 euros for a lifetime subscription yet it fails me all the time …i send service emails, nothing has been fixed …trying to enter my dogs heart issues and it just freezes … dont purchase if you want an ongoing health record

Records/info lost

This used to be a nice simple app. I added a lot of information, details and photos. Most of it has been lost. What a waste.

They just blocked two of my pets

Scam…..I have been using the app for almost 4 years and they just launched an update to force you have a subscription, and blocked me from accessing the data I have been putting in the app… I sent a email to support to retrieve that info and they didn’t even bother to answer…. They have an awful customer service and they don’t care about the older subscribers… they are forcing you to pay to access your previous information… I call that stealing… I hate that app… I don’t recommend it at all

Can’t contact support—review is only option

Oh, and one more thing that’s messed up with the supposedly updated app.… I can’t even use the contact us within the app, because the submit button to submit what I’ve typed is hidden by the keyboard on an iPhone. There is no option on the iPhone to hide the keyboard. When I try to scroll or tab or anything outside of the text box, it does not work. I guess you guys would rather not hear from us, than actually be expected to fix things.
