  • Had Promise

    This app had promise, the interface was wonky originally. Guess they updated the interface, still wonky and now you are charged for it, if you have more than one pet. I’ll go back to my spreadsheet. I realize everybody has to make a living, but that’s a lot of money when I use it only 3 times a year (3 cats for their annual checkups).

  • They just blocked two of my pets

    Scam…..I have been using the app for almost 4 years and they just launched an update to force you have a subscription, and blocked me from accessing the data I have been putting in the app… I sent a email to support to retrieve that info and they didn’t even bother to answer…. They have an awful customer service and they don’t care about the older subscribers… they are forcing you to pay to access your previous information… I call that stealing… I hate that app… I don’t recommend it at all

  • Can’t contact support—review is only option

    Oh, and one more thing that’s messed up with the supposedly updated app.… I can’t even use the contact us within the app, because the submit button to submit what I’ve typed is hidden by the keyboard on an iPhone. There is no option on the iPhone to hide the keyboard. When I try to scroll or tab or anything outside of the text box, it does not work. I guess you guys would rather not hear from us, than actually be expected to fix things.

  • Doesn't work after upgrade

    I used to be able to track my pets hygiene, this is the ONLY app that has trackers that I can use, I am autistic and this really helps me take care of my dog! After the upgrade I'm unable to track her hygiene and can't even access old records easily, please fix this! Nobody wants to pay for premium and it's too expensive!

    Response to developer response: no you literally didn't, there's nowhere for me to use the hygiene tracker, it's not as easy to use at all I can't figure it out!

  • Lost all my data!

    I’ve been using this app for a few years to track health status of my cats. After update I’ve been locked out of it, at first with unskippable banner bug, which they fixed. But now I can’t log in, reset password option also doesn’t work. So I can’t even pay them to get my precious data back, unacceptable.

We encountered some issues that prevented us from updating but we have now resolved everything and we are back with a new version.   • Was Great, Until the Update

    Loved this app, and have had it for years. Following this latest “update” I began the process of offloading what data I can so I can delete it. Sadly I’ll likely still lose years worth of history. The update not only doesn’t look good (imo) but it’s barely functional at all. Locked out of opening/viewing countless records and images. Most sad is the loss of ability to generate reports for various contexts (pet sitter, vet, etc) , I don’t want to “invite” people to see everything at any time, I want to generate a file based on what they need. Sad to see they did away with some of its best features.

  • Freezes

    Every since the app updated w. It’s new format, it has been freezing every time I try to record a task. I hope this is fixed very soon because I use this everyday and since the update, I can’t.

  • Doesn’t work since they upgraded

    It was a great up before. Then they upgraded made it payable and since then nothing works. Can not add tasks, vet visits, reminders because it doesn’t save them. Completely useless. It’s such a shame as it was the best app before.
  • Not worth it

    this app is useless now that my pets info is being held hostage for ransom. No warning to prior users they were going to lock all the pets info behind a paywall.
