Great App
This such a great app. I needed to plan flight paths and point the heading and tilt at specific waypoint before flight for photo mapping project and it does exactly that. I can think of only two improvements. Obstacle avoidance and a quest 3 version. I was buzzed to se the VR button but unfortunately it looks like a google cardboard kind of deal.Show lessfxnode

Does this app support the mini 2 se?
I was under the impression that it supported this drone but I can’t connect the app to the drone.Wxzzy
Great way to get more from your drone
What a great app. Great functionality and it works really well too. I was a little sceptical initially as it’s not cheap, but have now used it I’m not disappointed and think it’s well worth the money.
I do have a feature suggestion though. Can an adjustable hard deck be introduced? I love flying FVP but am worried I’ll crash into the ground. If I could say “do not go below 20m” (unless I attempt to for say.. 10secs) then I’d feel fat safer to zoom around.

Mini 2 SE not supported
I bought this super excited to use the tracking for my mini 2se but it doesn’t seem to be supported please fixOrhanG738

No app can support the mini se 2, DJI didn’t “opened” that drone to third party developers. The mini 2 SE is not in the list of supported drones . If you bought the app by mistake you can ask for refund. And not give us 1 star. ThanksDoes Maven needs dji firmware to run?
I understand that Maven does not support Mini 3, so I try to use Dji fly app to run Mini 3 and Maven to run Mini 2. However, once I update dji fly firmware for mini 3, Maven will not connect mini 2 anymore! Only if I switch firmware back to Mini 2 on Dji fly app, then Maven will connect Mini 2 again. Should this be normal? Also, should Dji fly and Maven turn on simultaneously affect the apps each other?Show lessJmz902

I am simply stunned at the full array of features Maven has! I'm literally blown away!
This app saves me $700 upgrading as it will extend the life of my Mini 2 much longer!
It takes less time now to program in a Waypoint Mission and run it than the manual of the same.

A Wonderful Transformative App.
I got a chance to test this app over the summer and am super happy with it. The interface is really easy to get used to. The app developer has also done really great videos detailing the individual different flight features, which are not too long to watch and demonstrate what the drone will do with real footage examples.
I have a mini 2 and it has totally transformed how I use the drone. It has opened up possibilities I never thought possible with my mini 2 using waypoints and copilot assistance. And I got some really great footage of my mini 2 following me and orbiting me whilst on a bike ride, which worked way better than I expected.

Simply the best for my drones
I now mostly fly using this software for precision cinematography and complex surveying situations using waypoints or POI.
The interface (UI) is just a pleasure for programming missions that execute flawlessly.
There are a few more functionalities announced in the software that should complete it for all my needs ...

A HUGE feature and privacy upgrade from the DJI app
I have the original Mavic Mini and the iPhone SE (1st gen!). The DJI app works and has nice features like cached videos and movie making, but I am put off by privacy-invasive data collection and the limited, hit-or-miss pre-programmed drone shots. Maven has ZERO data collection, hooray! After I watched a handful of tutorials and took a few practice flights, my humble Mavic Mini 1 can now do some amazing automated shots with the flight planning and tracking features. I am actually excited to shoot video of myself and family on our next vacation and this time not have footage of me constantly staring down at the phone. Great program
