You have to sign up for a subscription to download the app. With a 3 day trial. I don’t want this app after using it. It’s not to the standard is require. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION! I don’t know what to do next. They’ve not responded to any contact I’ve attempted to make with them

Upgraded £2.99 BUT CANT USE ADVANCED MODE
Upgraded over 1 year ago and won’t let me save the video after using advanced mode. I try to purchase again it tells me I’ve already purchased it and to restore purchase. I restore purchase and I STILL CANT SAVE THE VIDEO! No option to contact the developer to sort it out so I will have to contact apple to refund my payment as the developer has taken payment for this and then prevented me from using the upgrade.
