I love the new upgrade that mystics Mondays to their app. I loveNow that when I click on the card I can actually read more about it rather than Google it or look at my book. I like also the notetaking to reflect back and The selection of feelings to associate with it.. I look forward to hearing more about it and watch it grow

Love this app
I absolutely love this deck and the app, and have used both for years. Recently the “library” feature was removed and I reached out to the app creators because it was one of my favorite features in the app. I was pleased to receive a response stating that they had removed it due to user feedback, but were working on adding it back because of outreach from users who missed the library. Then a couple of weeks later, I received another personal message letting me know that the library was back up and running. Such a wonderful experience- thanks MM!

can’t log in
Customer service was super helpful and solved my issue!
using this review as a way to report a problem with the app, previously used this every day but once the new update came it logged me out and I still am unable to log back in even after the newer updates fixing bug issues

New Overhaul Removed Important Feature
The recent UX overhaul looks great and the addition of the creatures cards plus the journaling is a great addition, plus now having the crystal grid card descriptions. However, since just before the overhaul, the daily reminders just completely stopped and there’s no way to turn them on anymore. I was very reliant on those as a memory aid to use the app, and now I often miss my card pulls. Another oft used feature that was removed was the friends list, and being able to see your friend’s daily draws. I would often discuss with my friends about our daily cards, and now not having this feature makes that more difficult.

Great way to stay in tune!
I love the new update for the app, it’s one of the first things I do each morning and I feel like it helps me set better intentions for the day. The changes that have been made make the app a lot more fun to use, and more streamlined. I also greatly enjoy the addition of the point system, as it helps make it feel more accessible and welcoming. Plus it’s a great incentive to stay on track! The overall design and branding is engaging and beautiful, and it is fun to explore the different sections. Great job!!
Some feedback:
⤵️ on the daily cards, it would be nicer to leave the description expanded, with the option to “… read less” instead of automatically keeping it hidden. I always read the full descriptions, and they don’t seem long enough to warrant having the collapsed version be the norm.
🔡 the formatting on the crystal card description is a little wonky, it seems like there are unintentional paragraph breaks midway through sentences, which leave odd gaps that decreases the readability. The formatting for the tarot and cosmic creature cards is correct, so I would recommend adjusting the crystal card to match them.
📶 in the Insights section, you are able to swipe to scroll across the different insight categories (Tarot, Chakra, Elements, etc). You are also able to swipe through the sub categories of each main one (ex: under Tarot there is the Major Arcana, Cups, Swords, Pentacles, and Wands). The issue I’ve noticed is that it is difficult to swipe one or the other intentionally, as when you try to swipe the subcategories, it will frequently scroll through the main categories. I would like the option to select one of the main categories, and have it open onto a full page view so that it is easier to navigate through the specific category and its subcategories (like the For You section) without worrying that I might accidentally swipe away. Reformatting it to be more like the For You section would also help the Insights section feel a bit less cramped, as I feel that the current setup is doing the infographics and layout a disservice.

Redesigns going in the wrong direction
Removing access to the card library is a very unfortunate move. This redesign tries to simplify the app, but the weird transitions make it awkward to keep using it. And the app has been lately too pushy upselling memberships, this new version is much more in your nose.

After this new update came out I can't even login. I have tried every way possible including creating another account and signing in with my apple id, it says to choose a name with no special characters or numbers, I am only entering my actual name and info. It doesn't recognize any of my information so I can't use the app anymore. Hopefully this gets fixed. I used to like the app just the way it was. But oh well. Thanks for the fun app for the time I had it, but I'll have to delete it if it's not fixed in the near future. I only gave this rating to bring attention to this. It was a great simple app before the re-vamp.

loading on home page
I’ve been using this app for quite a while now, and it’s been nice, but since the new update it won’t load the home page. The other two options work though. I thought that maybe I needed to just re-download it, but that didn’t work. On top of that it doesn’t seem to register that I’m already paying premium even though I kept the subscription and it shows that it’s active here. I would just like assistance with getting this fixed and hopefully this is an easy bug that can be patched.

Cool app but NOTIFICATIONS
I woke up this morning to about 4 notifications asking if I drew my tarot card of the day yet so I did. An hour later I have about 3 more of the same notifications and by the time I’m done posting this I’m sure there will be more. Pleaaase update this so I at least get less notifications or if I drew my card already it would stopppp asking me to. 🤣it’s half funny half annoying but seriously. Less notification about the same thing PLEASE.

Love the app, dislike not having access to features I paid for.
For some reason, despite paying a yearly fee, I still am prompted to pay $3.99/month for access to previous months pulls. This is really disappointing because I love the app, and the deck, which is why I pay for the yearly access, but it’s annoying to have the one feature I wanted most unavailable. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in their system, or what, but it’s frustrating nonetheless, to pay $96 a year and not have access to the one feature that would be the most helpful.
