  • Simple to use, just what I was looking for

Often in my job I must take pictures with my iPhone and then transfer them to my computer. I used ti do this by emailing them but what about large files? I found this app with a web search and it works great. Essentially you’re entering your iPhone’s IP address into your work computer browser, super easy.

  • Still learning

    Still trialing the app

A brilliant little app easy to use and saves so much time
  • Works but Problems with App Storage Size and Clunky UI

It does work, and I had better luck with it transferring a large video file than with the Documents app on the App Store, but this app UI here is clunky. You can’t check file names at all as far as I can see, and it took me too long to figure out how to play a video file inside the app to make sure that I was choosing the right video.

But also the worse potential problem is that this app’s Documents & Data storage seems to scale up, at least up to the largest file you do, or maybe total, but will not go down again no matter if you think you’ve deleted all your files from inside the app. Admittedly I did use Import, which maybe I didn’t need to, but afterwards I then had the app’s Documents & Data storage taking up an additional 15GB even with turning off its hosting and deleting every file I did from inside the app, and completely closing and restarting my iPad. The app’s storage was still taking 15GB. So unfortunately, I do recommend uninstalling it after you’re done with your transfer job.

And remember to also check your “Recently Deleted” files in both “Files” (file explorer), Photos, and whatever app you’re doing this stuff with if it lets you, because it’s actually a Recycle Bin of stuff that doesn’t actually delete unless you tell it to delete again. But apparently we’re not able to shrink this app’s storage without reinstalling it.

  • Really good but one early improvement recommended

These guys have some good home and work solutions. This one saves hours of slow, rubbish cloud transferring. One recommendation tho: I have to press send before i can select the files I have imported to send. If you don't know this its a bit confusing and I'm sure it is easily resolved in the programming. Contact me for more info. Thank you

  • Simple and straightforward

Really couldn’t be any easier to use. Fantastic app. Other apps like wetransfer and Dropbox should take notes!
  • Happy and easy to use

Good transfer system substitute to use - from iPhone to MacBook as an alternative, if airdrop isn’t working 👌🏾
  • Fantastic Non-Cloud File Transfer App

This app is truly amazing for transferring photos (as well as music and other files) over Wi-Fi. Great for exchanging photos, music, etc between iOS and computers that don’t support AirDrop (such as Windows PCs or older Mac computers) without having to rely on a cloud service or thumb drive with both USB and lightning ports. (I have tried the thumb drive option and it is slow and renames the files.) This app works exclusively on your home WiFi network and is similar to AirDrop in that the files go directly from one device to another without being stored anywhere else.

Another review mentioned their files (documents, not photos or music) didn’t show directly in the app, but they probably missed a button that needs to be tapped to import documents from the “Files” app into this App, as there does not appear to be direct access to locally stored files.

  • Works as intended

    Good
  • Does the impossible.

The speed is variable of course based on your location and service/WiFi levels, HOWEVER this does the impossible, you can transfer files to anywhere, to any device. It’s truly a master piece.
