App works and is easy to use
I used this app for the first time tonight to order a pizza. The app clearly displayed the restaurant’s menu and options. Ordering was simple, and I got a sign up discount. The process worked seamlessly, and my pizza was ready on the dot.
My only reservation is that the app tells me it requires tracking access, but I don’t see why and haven’t allowed that. Location while using the app, ok.Show lessRB Driver
Restaurant could not contact OzFoodHunter
I ordered through OFH, got a confirmation then went to collect my order, only to find they did not have ingredients for a course so it could not be made. The restaurant was great and quickly prepared something else. But they had tried to get my number so they could call me to fix the problem, but they couldn’t contact OFH! So they couldn’t contact me. If the full end-to-end service is not supported, I cannot rate the app well. 😔Show lessGolfWhenICan
Doesn’t work and extra charges $$$
We tried to order pizza, but the app wanted tracking turned on. We did that and signed up, but the app wouldn’t process the cart. We rang OZFoodHunter and rebooted etc - 20 minutes wasted. It still wouldn’t work.
We then found a local number for the restaurant and ordered direct. It turned out that we saved well over the offered 10% as OZFoodHunter increases the price, so offers are fake. Much cheaper to go direct and you can actually get your order that way!Show lessGagingi3
