App update removed key free programming
Update removed live events that includes Sudarshan Kriya follow up in Gurudev’s voice. The live events show up on the app but takes you to the subscription page or the page says “event to start” even though the designated time has started.
It’s important to drive commerce on the app, but let’s not go too far where core programs that were meant and communicated to be free go behind a paywall. Hoping this is corrected soon and free programs are available like in the past.

Unable to reset password
I am unable to reset password as OTP is not coming to my registered email address. Raised multiple tickets with support and response is very poor. I have subscription for 3 months which I am not able to use due to login issue.

Well organised, nicely presented which makes it a pleasure to use, easy to access all the wonderful content including videos Am loving it so far. Thank you!
App freezes a lot!
App frequently freezes on opening…the only way I can bypass is to delete and relaunch App. Has happened multiple times. A pity, as there is some great content…if only I could access it without issue!
App malfunctions and locks you out
There’s an issue on the app that has been plugging me for four months. I’ve sent out seven emails describing and also attaching screen, recording videos of what I’m facing. I have purchased four years of annual membership and haven’t had access to the app in four months.
The technical support team is by far the poorest I’ve seen. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, or have your issue resolved.
Someone please fix it, when I download the app it does not give me a choice of language, just blank screen when I hit done and go to the next screen to enter my details for login, the loading icon pops up and then goes away.
After this, I’m stuck in the enter credentials screen and nothing happens. Please someone help me.

Great app,lots of great content in the form of knowledge, chants ,meditation and e books. Highly recommended
Can’t upgrade after 7 days free subscription
The app gives an error and doesn’t let me upgrade. This is so annoying.
There seems to be no way to upgrade even after downloading it several times from scratch. Please can you do beta testing before releasing it? There is no support info where anyone can reach out to either.
