Where do I start? The UX of this app is terrible. When I open any ebook, the default font size is very low and I need to keep pressing zoom in button a million times before the font size is readable. And while pressing the zoom button, I’ve frequently seen that the app just becomes unresponsive. The audio playback doesn’t start from where I had paused, but starts all over again. I just don’t understand how these bugs are still not fixed. I paid $35-40 for this terrible quality app! And when I email them about these issues, no response! And now I get a notification that app update is available but there is a never ending loading spinner when I go to app page to download the latest update.

Update: I updated the version, seems a lot better. But still, when I try to increase the font size on any e-book, most likely the app gets hung and exits.
For heaven’s sake, why can’t you make the default font size big enough?

Acc subscription

The account isn’t activated despite paying the subscription amount. How should I fix it ? Or who should I contact ??

Can’t create account

I am trying to register and it won’t let me create an account. When I try google, it won’t let me change the country code from India to the us to send the OTP code to my phone.

Fb and apple accounts won’t work either.😥

Sorry app

No app support, will eat up your memory (I had 3.23 gigabytes used up) but you can’t access the content without internet. So the app uses memory that you still can’t access except through your data pack? Who thought that was smart???? Got tired of it taking up space for nothing. A shame, I like the content but the app and support appear to me to be substandard. Very disappointed!

Does not work after update

It now works again but in future, leave updates as optional as there are no possible security issues with this type of app, as no financial details are involved.

App subscription not working

I have been charged for the subscription, but my account does not show that I have an active subscription even after a few days. Apple support said to contact the app developer, but the developer website is also down.

Not able to buy a 3month subscription

We have been navigating this for close to 3 hours now and I am not able to purchase this.

Don’t know whom to contact to get some help

Subscription plans are not working

I’m have tried paying the subscription money 15 times now. I have tried all the options. It keeps getting frozen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. The subscription plans are not working. I have been using the app for a year now. But I am not able to renew it now! The app itself doesn’t resume videos/audio at the point where it was stopped. If the audio is paused for more than 5 minutes, it shuts the player off. However, the wisdom itself is invaluable.

Unable to purchase in app

I am unable to make in app purchases because I used 2 different email addresses. Apple support said it would have to be fixed on AOL support. Sorry for the inconvenience. I love the app (I had a 7 day free trial) and am excited to get it back up and working.
