Not even worth it I’d say as it’s just asking you to pay instead of having a free of charge reading and when you don’t have the money it’s just pointless! Had to delete the app immediately.

I have been using this app for many years now, so u can imagine how many advisors I must have got through to write this review today, they are all rubbish, they all kept saying the same thing for years but nothing changed as they claimed, wouldn't trust the advisors and wouldn't bother with the app!

Credits gone
I reloaded, was looking through pics to send and accidentally closed the app, my credits were gone. Support doesn’t even get back to you . I’ve been waiting for 34 hours and 45 minutes and still nothing when I’m desperately want to consult my favorite psychic. I’ve been a regular customer and this is what I get.

This app has so many technical issues it is ridiculous I reached out to their customer service they fail to respond.
Now I have a open dispute which they still haven’t responded. they had no problems taking my money but when I try to make a call for a phone reading it’s not going through.
The credits are still on my account un used.
Customer service has failed to resolve my issue.

Unprofessional
I have tried for several MONTHS to get customer service to fix my account for use. I was able to use the app in the beginning in which I truly loved then suddenly I wasn’t able to use it anymore none of my calls or chats would connect father. I’ve added funds and trust that customer service fix the issue but they never did. And then eventually stop responding to me. I’ve asked for a refund of my money if a fixation was not do you have apical. But again no response. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to respond and to help a customer out. It’s completely unreal and unfair
