SCAM
I accepted the free trial which led me to a psychic chat that won’t give you answers unless you pay. I immediately proceeded to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't get charged. You cannot cancel the subscription through the iphone subscriptions, you have to cancel within the app itself which was a red flag. I cancelled within the account centre of the app and was charged the subscription fee anyway. I reached out to Astroline for a refund but they refused, twice. First it took my emailing twice to receive a reply (red flag). Second the email responses appear to be from overseas (possibly from the land of scams). The customer service is poor and doesn’t acknowledge the fact that I cancelled the subscription (red flag). I will dispute this charge with my credit card and report to The Better Business Bureau and Minister of Consumer Affairs. This company is clearly scamming people, stay away. There are better astrology apps out there anyway.
