Even though I paid for subscription my daily horoscope continues to load everyday with no content showing.

Beware of free trial auto renewal

I was warned my trial was due to end and I cancelled and it still charged me the amount, I asked for a refund as I had no money to be able to pay for this and it put my account into debit and now no food for shopping, I expressed this via numerous emails and they stand by their refund policy, although apparently I can still access the premium subscription, which unfortunately doesn’t help feeding my children this week

DO NOT USE THE FREE TRIAL IT IS A SCAM!
I accepted the free trial which led me to a psychic chat that won’t give you answers unless you pay. I immediately proceeded to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't get charged. You cannot cancel the subscription through the iphone subscriptions, you have to cancel within the app itself which was a red flag. I cancelled within the account centre of the app and was charged the subscription fee anyway. I reached out to Astroline for a refund but they refused, twice. First it took my emailing twice to receive a reply (red flag). Second the email responses appear to be from overseas (possibly from the land of scams). The customer service is poor and doesn’t acknowledge the fact that I cancelled the subscription (red flag). I will dispute this charge with my credit card and report to The Better Business Bureau and Minister of Consumer Affairs. This company is clearly scamming people, stay away. There are better astrology apps out there anyway.

Terrible Ap

They don’t make it easy to cancel. The ap freezes and after clicking on anything you have to pay more. Charged me after my “free trial” but don’t offer anything other than a daily horoscope for $50 a month. Small print says to cancel you have to email them. Do not recommend.

Money Grabber

If you are looking for accurate answers this site is not for you. The readers will give you general answers and they don’t bother to look at your charts thoroughly. As well, they gave me contradictory information about when the best time to work on certain aspects of my life. For example they would give me answers for the pm but then refer to the morning. I decided to get off the site after about a week. Since then I can still go on the app. But they have information pertaining to Capricorn. I am a Taurus. This is a site that wants your money but doesn’t give you much else other than entertainment.

They will charge you after you cancel your subscription and won’t give you your money back or respond to you. They are just scammers. Just remove your card from your Apple Pay or put a temporary block on your card via your bank cause they will keep charging you and there is no way to contact them to cancel. They will respond to these negative reviews with a bunk contact email but they never contact u back and u can’t stop them from stealing your money.

Scam! Do not trust this fraudulent company!

The company took more money out of my bank account than stated on their website and refuse to give a refund for the difference. Very deceiving company that do not care about YOU !

Does not work

Just purchased the 3 day trial before downloading the app and it doesn’t work. Can’t even access the app to cancel the subscription so have had to email their support team. Says maybe four business days before they get back to me which is more than the 3 day free trial. Will not be purchasing again and will be holding any payments with my bank so I do not get charged.

Be careful with cancellation. When you cancel on their web, you have to do it again on email.

It’s a scam don’t download it

After reading the reviews I went to cancel it and seems like didn’t matter I never had it even for a day and they are trying to take money after my account, I’ve sent an email and close it straight away aaying sadly to let me go but no chance they are still trying to charge me when I cancel it straight away! They are scammers ! Robing your money! Because I canceled ans deleted it and they don’t care still trying to rob me
