No longer usable
I’ve used this app on and off for a few years. After a steep decline over the last few months, the app is now unusable. I’ve tried to access several surveys a day, and I either get a “bad request” message or a “survey no longer available” message. Another recent error is the survey never loading. You’re able to report these issues, but they never get solved. I’m also not qualifying for many of the surveys that do work and will get terminated for the survey already reaching its quota or for “quality” reasons. This is when you spend an appropriate amount of time and effort on answering questions honestly and the survey company decides to use your input without paying you and accusing you of cheating. Curious Cat used to be the best survey platform out there because you get real cash (paid through PayPal) and only need $2 to cash out. But now it’s taking forever to make $2 because of all of the problems with surveys. I will give it another chance in a few weeks, but if I don’t see any improvement, I will delete this app.

Better than other survey sites
I belong to a few survey panels. They all have the same issues: surveys crapping out in the end with no reward, taking a long time to earn any real money, not qualifying for many surveys, etc. Curious Cat has the same issues, and being terminated for “quality” reasons is happening more often. This is when you spend an appropriate amount of time and effort on answering questions honestly and the survey company decides to use your input without paying you and accusing you of cheating. I’m also getting more “bad request/invalid URL” error messages. Even with all of its problems, Curious Cat is the best survey platform out there because all of the surveys are compatible on mobile devices, you get PayPal cash, and you can cash out after earning just $2. You don’t get a million emails and phony offers where you have to give all of your information to earn money, and there are no ads. If you’re dedicated, it’s possible to earn some good pocket change with this app. One thing they need to fix is the recents and completed task lists. Those say that I don’t have any even though I’ve completed many tasks. Fixing this problem would be particularly helpful when reporting issues with surveys.

Uhm so I was on it and it said create a basic profile so I tried them it said error code 500 I’ve been trying for 2 days

It’s great for making money but
I keep running into this issue where I’ll be halfway through a long survey, like over 10 minutes into it, and I’ll reach a portion of the survey that asks me to switch into landscape mode to proceed. This app does not allow you to switch to landscape mode, at least not on my iPhone it doesn’t. Due to this, I’m forced to exit the survey without payment due to my inability to continue. I’ve even tried to switch to landscape mode manually and it just won’t do it on that app. It’s great otherwise, but I do get rejected from a lot of surveys lately, which is annoying. Some just reject instantly, which I’m fine with, but I’ve had a few surveys which let me complete it entirely just to say that I was screened out or something similar. When do qualify the surveys do pay great, it’s just frustrating

Unable to cash out
I have verified everything on my account and have made over 362 points so I’m over the threshold to cash out via paypal but I’m still unable to cash out iv tried contacting the team to help but haven’t heard anything back so I’m very unhappy with this app

Highly recommend
I think this is one of the best survey sites that I use ( and I participate in a few ). Easy to do surveys, interesting and paid quickly and for lowest amounts - please give them a go !
