Absolutely awful. There was $150 that I had earned by doing video interviews and surveys, this was back in April. Once I tried to cash out, I never got the gift card. I was told that it was a mistake and it was missed during the time Crowdtap was transitioning to a new distributor for the gift cards and the points would given back to my account. Shocker: it never happened. Which brings me to today. I completed a video interview this week which was about art supplies for kids, so my daughter was also on the interview. We finally got the points last night, and then this morning, my account is locked out due to "violating terms of service". Never have I once been given a warning, customer service will not provide me with whatever "term" I violated. This was a $75 interview, and I had already had enough for $15. So $240 total that this "company" has stolen from me. I have no idea how this is not already a class action lawsuit for false claims and not giving the consumer what they are due. This "company' is the biggest scam I have ever been involved with and I will be sure to let everyone know.
