UPDATE: I took their advice and reached out to them to see what their “satisfactory resolution “ would be. It was a joke. I explained how in over 30 surveys I tried to take, I was only given points for 2 of them, and they were low points. This happened probably 75% of the time at least. I even had screenshots. I had already deleted my account but would have came back if they gave me a credit which I believe was only fair. The response I received was thanking me for my input which helps them to improve. She was kind enough to thank me and said they would be happy to see me if I choose to come back. That’s your solution huh? Thanks but no thanks. I won’t support a company who screws their participants

There are a few common things in online survey taking that may have happened: 1.Some surveys are open to many, while others have narrow demographic requirements. - - 2.Survey providers may end the survey for those who do not meet their criteria. 3.Surveys need a certain number of responses. While you were taking the survey, it may have ended because it had reached its quota. 4.We award some points to recognize your time and effort, even if you don't qualify or the quota has filled. 5.Survey providers may bar people from entering a survey or stop a survey due to quality concerns. In these instances, we do not collect information, so points are not granted. Otherwise, you may have encountered a technical issue. Please email us at support@surveyjunkie.com.
