This is a great app to measure and assess physical fitness to a well established benchmark. Easy and intuitive to use. I’m going to periodically check my myself using it. Thank you

Or just change this one over. With the new ACFT it’d be nice to track my metrics with an app as ergonomically well designed as this one!

Great app for preparing the forms that is intended to do. Easy to use. Love the PDF email capability of the forms. If the instructions to be read for every event was included it would have been ideal.
