Unable to create account or login
I don’t understand! My organization has some vehicles leased through EFleets and I have a login through the computer at work but each time I attempt to login to the app, it does not recognize me. Zero stars from me.
Can’t set up an account
The app doesn’t even give you an option to set up an account, which makes it completely useless.
App never works
I have reset password and will never login always an issue with this
Inane Feature
Barely downloaded the app and I already can’t use it because “the app is disabled while the vehicle is in motion”. I’m literally a passenger in this vehicle, and there’s not an option to indicate that I’m not driving. Really stupid attempt at a safety feature.
App does not work
I have tried to reset my password and every time I’m enter the temp password it does not work. I have tried multiple times double checking my spelling and capitalization and it does not work. I went online to the website and it worked first try. After resetting my password i tried the app again with my new password and it still did not let me log in. Simply put the app does not work. I could not even sign in to my account or recover my account trying to get a new password.

Won’t let me log in
Our administrator can see my info has all been submitted I have tried multiple times to login and it won’t let me and says my email not found in the system. Have called and left a voicemail for someone to please call me about this but haven’t heard a word from them.

I have tried for days to create a login to no avail. It keeps telling me login invalid. I’m done!
